Programs & Services

LDCCH believes that well-informed individuals make smart decisions.  That is why we make it our mission to educate our community residents.  By doing so, LDCCH helps to increase awareness, community involvement, improve the quality of life and financial strength of the community as a whole.  To that end, and as part of its community education initiative, LDCCH participates in the Neighborhood Preservation Program (NPP), funded by the New York State Housing and Community Renewal, and offers a variety of supportive programs and services.

In addition, as part of its affordable housing commitment to the community, LDCCH has engaged in developing low-income housing and providing supportive services to individuals and families in the community it serves.  To date, LDCCH has developed over 660 low- income housing units, including senior citizen residential apartments. Currently, LDCCH oversees the management of several low-income developments.
